                              RESOLUTION NO. 21368
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                 TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO CONSTRUCTION OF AN
                 INDUSTRIAL ACCESS ROAD FOR BURNER SYSTEMS
                 INTERNATIONAL, INC..
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation relative to the construction of an Industrial
       Access Road for Burner Systems International, Inc..
